Seth Emmanuel Oteng Chair, Board of Directors

Seth is the Founder and Executive Director of Youth Bridge Foundation (YBF), a youth focused Organization setup to create supportive platforms to challenge the creativity of the youth, and to make available critical information and resources needed for total development of the youth. He pioneered and since 2009 successfully implemented the African Youth and Governance Conference initiative, the only Africa-wide platform that annually brings the youth of over 30 African countries and African Diaspora together to among others discuss democratic governance and developmental issues affecting the youth and entire continent. 

He is also a Development Consultant for Bread of the World/ EED Germany where he acts as Local Support Service Provider for Non-Governmental Organizations in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Ghana. Seth has over two decades of experience in human resource and management consulting. He has previously worked as Managing Consultant of aZ Group Limited, and held Human Resource Consultant roles at Hewitts Associates (USA & France), Cargill Inc.(USA) and MEL Consulting Ltd. (Ghana).

He is a Graduate of International Business Administration from the Amsterdam School of Business. He has studied short courses at World Bank Institute, Washington D.C., USA, on labour market policy issues in Africa. He is a member of Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP), International Organizational Development Association (IODA), and a fellow of The Boardroom Institute.


Rev. Dr. Solomon Nortey Director

Rev. Dr. Nortey is a minister of the Methodist Church, Ghana and currently stationed at Mt. Zion Methodist Church, Sakumono, Tema. He also worked as Deputy Projects Manager with 'The Lord's Vineyard', a non-governmental organization.

He founded the Peak Performers Association, an investment group which started on the University of Ghana campus about nine years ago. He is also the founder and Chief Speaker of Firebrand Inspiration Consult, a human development and capacity building consultancy. Rev. Dr. Nortey holds a Diploma in Business Management and Administration (Dip BMA) from the Institute of Commercial Management, England, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Study of Religions from the University of Ghana. He also earned a Master of Social Entrepreneurship (MSE) degree from Suits Falls Seminary in USA and a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) from Cochin University in India.

He is a certified trainer of trainers with International Leadership Institute (ILI) which is headquartered in USA. He is also an author of several books and a motivational speaker.


Samuel Dentu Director

A fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, UK with over ten years of post-qualification experience, Samuel has considerable experience across many areas of finance including Financial Control, Financial reporting, Financial planning & Analysis, Business strategy formulation and Financial Risk Management.

Samuel was the Head of Finance for West Africa Retail Chain Limited, overseeing the investment of over USD 35million in Ghana in the next 5 years for the creation of a supermarket brand. He has worked with many multinational organizations including British America Tobacco as the Head of Finance for cluster of 7 markets (Ghana, Ivory Coast, Mali, Burkina Faso, Gambia, Liberia, and Sierra Leone), Zain Communications / Airtel Ghana as the Head of Business Planning and Analysis, Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited (subsidiary of Diageo Plc.) as the Financial Reporting Manager.

Samuel has special interest in starting new businesses and ensuring all processes, procedures and controls are in place and working to drive business performance. He has also been involved in profitable turnaround of several SMEs in Ghana. He is an expert in business performance measurement and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) Degree from the University of Cape Coast and an MBA in Finance from Institute of International Finance, Oxford Brookes University, UK.

Efua Filson Fynn Managing Director

Efua is currently the Managing Director of TTL Capital Limited. She was previously the Associate Executive Director at Firstbanc Financial Services Limited where she assisted the Managing Director to develop and implement institutional growth strategy under the direction of the Board of Directors. She joined Firstbanc Financial Services as Financial Controller responsible for directing the functions of the finance unit as well as monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the financial performance of the company. Mrs. Fynn has previously worked as Finance Director at TV3 Network Limited. Prior to this, Efua worked as Financial Reporting Manager at Airtel Ghana Limited and Head of Financial Accounting at Nestle Ghana Limited.

Efua is a Chartered Accountant with over fourteen years of post qualification experience in senior finance roles in the manufacturing, telecommunication and investment banking sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast and an MBA from the University of Wales, UK. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA) Ghana.

Florence Aggrey-Fynn Executive Director

Ms. Aggrey-Fynn is the Executive Director in charge of Finance and Administration. Prior to joining the company, she was the Finance Manager of Airtel Money, the M-commerce wing of Airtel Ghana Limited. Florence has a decade’s experience in Decision Support and Financial management roles spanning the Manufacturing,Telecommunications and Financial Services Industries in Ghana haven worked with Nestle Ghana Limited and Zain Communications Limited which later became Airtel Ghana Limited.

As a professional in her field, her work ethics afforded her the opportunity to take on international assignments within the Group Structure of the companies she worked for. In Bahrain, the Zain Group headquarters, she was part of an Africa select team trained to implement Oracle ERP in their respective countries. She also participated in a number of project workshops aimed at orienting the Airtel Africa finance function to Airtel Group processes, procedures and guidelines. This was in Kenya, the headquarters of Airtel Africa. As part of a three-member team selected from Ghana, Uganda and Congo DRC by Airtel Africa Headquarters, she assisted Airtel Tanzania revamp its finance function end-to-end.

Ms. Aggrey-Fynn is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) UK. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), Legon.
