UPDATE TO FIRST FUND AND FIRSTBANC HERITAGE FUND CUSTOMERS

TTL Capital Ltd wishes to bring to the notice of all customers of First Fund and Firstbanc Heritage Fund that progress has been made regarding procedures towards the transfer of the two funds under its management. Reconciliation of the Funds’ investments is currently on-going, and is expected to be completed in the next few weeks. Shareholders will be informed of the outcome and the next steps accordingly.
We understand that the adverse effect of COVID-19 pandemic has compounded the challenges we are all already dealing with in the Ghanaian financial market. However, as always, we at TTL Capital are resolved and committed to hastening the process to ensure customer satisfaction within the shortest possible time.

Following the revocation of Licences of some Fund Managers by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the SEC, on November 15, 2019 directed the Board of Directors of the Mutual Funds whose managers had their licenses revoked to appoint new Fund Managers in accordance with section 88 (6) of the Securities Industry Act, 2019 (Act 929).
TTL Capital Limited is pleased to inform its customers and all customers of First Fund and Firstbanc Heritage Fund, that the Board of Directors of First Fund Ltd. and Firstbanc Heritage Fund Ltd. have appointed TTL Capital Limited as the new Fund Manager.
The directors of TTL Capital Ltd. are currently going through procedures with the directors of the two Funds including a reconciliation of the funds’ assets. Upon completion of these processes, TTL Capital will issue official communication to customers of First Fund and Firstbanc Heritage Fund on the status of their investments.
TTL Capital Ltd. carries out fund management business in compliance with Securities Industry Act, 2019 (Act 929), the Unit Trusts and Mutual Funds Regulations, 2001, LI 1695 and the Securities and Exchange Commission Regulations, 2003, LI 1728.
